About •
Phoebe is a talented and ambitious 13-year-old goalkeeper who represents Kent County U14s and Cray Wanderers U15s in the JPL Warriors Premier. She combines strong technical ability, excellent shot-stopping and confident distribution with a calm, composed presence under pressure. A dedicated and highly coachable athlete, Phoebe consistently demonstrates the work ethic, resilience and desire to improve required to perform within an elite development environment. For the 26/27 season Phoebe will be representing Cray Wanderers u15s in the JPL Premier division, Erith and Belvedere U15s in the KGLFL division 1, Kent County u14s and the Kent FA ETC u15s.

We are absolutely delighted to hear that Phoebe has been selected to represent Kent Schools for the 2026/27 season. This is an outstanding achievement and a testament to the dedication and resilience she demonstrates both in her sport and within school. To be selected at county level is a huge accomplishment in itself, but to be the only player chosen from the Dartford district area makes this success even more special. Phoebe should be extremely proud of what she has achieved. It has been fantastic to follow her journey this season and to hear about her success playing up a year group with Cray Wanderers, alongside her trial opportunities with various WSL clubs. I had a season ticket for London City Lionesses this year and it was great to see Phoebe and her teammates there, also enjoying the talent and growth of the women’s game. As both Phoebe's PE teacher and Head of Year, I am incredibly proud of all that she has accomplished. She is a fantastic ambassador for WGSG, and it is always wonderful to see students being recognised and rewarded for their efforts outside of the classroom. We are equally pleased to see her continuing to balance these sporting achievements with her education.
