Discover.d is a platform for athletes to build a professional profile and be discovered by clubs, coaches, agents and brands. By using our website at discoverd.co you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Discover.d is open to athletes of all ages. Where a profile is being created for an athlete under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must submit the application and manage the profile on their behalf. By submitting an application for a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian.
By submitting content to Discover.d, including text, photos, videos and links, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge, that you own or have the right to use all content you submit including photographs and video, that the content does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that the content does not contain anything unlawful, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate. Discover.d reserves the right to remove any profile or content that does not meet these standards, without notice.
Where endorsements or references are submitted as part of a profile, the person submitting the profile confirms that the endorsement is genuine and that the endorser has consented to their name, title and words being published on the platform.
The Discover.d name, logo, design and all original content on this website are the property of Discover.d Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission. Content submitted by athletes, including profile photos, personal statements and achievement information, remains the property of the athlete or their parent or guardian. By submitting content to Discover.d you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Discover.d is currently in early access. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our discretion. Acceptance onto the platform does not constitute a contract or guarantee of any kind. We reserve the right to suspend or remove access to any profile at any time if we believe these terms have been breached.
Discover.d provides a platform for athletes to be discovered. We do not guarantee that any athlete will receive interest, contact or opportunity as a result of having a profile on the platform. We accept no liability for the outcome of any interaction between an athlete and a third party that originates through the platform. Our total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed £100.
Athlete profiles may contain links to third party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram or TikTok. Discover.d is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those platforms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of Discover.d shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
